2/3 of the Way There

Two of my doors are now painted bright ass blue.  That is the technical name, look it up.  I did not like bright ass blue at first, but it is growing on me.  The house has a light yellow siding, with blue/gray/grey shutters.  I think bright ass blue doors make the shutters look unintentionally faded, although I am pretty sure they are intentionally colored to look faded (probably not).  Eventually, I will want to update the shutter color, I am thinking, but it is fine for now.

I still have one more external door to do that is pink, however, said door needs the extra steps of stripping and priming and it has just seemed overly daunting to me for some reason.  It may be because I am lazy.  Maybe.  Not sure.

Side door - the house has no front door.  Seriously.  Strangest thing.


This is the paint that I went with since the doors are metal based.  The color on the can is what I wanted.  I do not think that is the color I necessarily got.  The actual color is a tad brighter and shinier.


BLUE!!!!  No seriously.  BLUE!!!!


It is not too bad.  Like I said, it is growing on me...
